Here's how a first conversation goes. We don't ask you to fill in a marketing form. We don't drip-nurture. One or two conversations to figure out fit. If there is fit, we move directly into Phase 0. If there isn't, we tell you and refer you to better options.

RESPONSE TIME
Within 2 business days. From a human. Not a sequencer.
FIRST CALL
30–45 minutes. Discovery on your end (fund, methodology, operational reality). Discovery on our end (whether the architecture fits, whether we're the right firm).
DECISION
By the end of the first call we usually know whether to schedule the formal discovery call (Phase 0 entry). If not, we tell you directly and refer you elsewhere.
